Mariia Kolesnikova, LMT

Hi, I'm Mariia.

Helping people move with less pain and feel more comfortable in their bodies isn’t just my profession; it’s what I genuinely love.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, where I developed a strong foundation in anatomy, movement, and rehabilitation. That foundation eventually led me to massage therapy and a more hands-on, personalized way of helping people feel and move better.

I specialize in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage and Buccal Facial Massage, and continue to expand my skills through ongoing education. My sessions may incorporate deep tissue work, neuromuscular techniques, cupping, stretching, and other approaches depending on what your body needs.

I believe caring for your body isn't a luxury. It's part of staying active, feeling well, and continuing to do the things you love.

Outside the treatment room, you'll usually find me hiking Colorado trails, exploring National Parks, or traveling somewhere new. I love being outdoors, discovering new places, and finding new adventures along the way.
