Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, lifestyle, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll discuss any areas of pain, tension, injuries, or movement restrictions before your treatment.
Every session is customized specifically for you. My goal is to understand what's contributing to your discomfort and create a treatment plan that helps you move and feel better.

If it’s your first visit, arriving about 10–15 minutes early is perfect. It gives us time to connect, review your intake, and help you settle in without feeling rushed.
For returning clients, 5–10 minutes early is plenty.
You’re always welcome to relax in the lobby with tea if you arrive ahead of time. Sessions still begin and end at their scheduled time, so each client receives their full time. Arriving early doesn’t typically mean we’ll start early, but it does give you a moment to unwind before we begin.

Not at all. While many clients come to me seeking relief from chronic pain or injuries, therapeutic massage is also an excellent way to maintain mobility, reduce stress, improve recovery from exercise, and prevent small issues from becoming larger ones. Regular bodywork helps keep your muscles and nervous system functioning at their best.

If you’re working through persistent tension or discomfort, you may benefit from more frequent sessions at first. For ongoing maintenance, stress relief, and keeping your body feeling its best, many of my clients find that every 2–4 weeks works well.
If you prefer a specific day or time, I recommend booking in advance, especially for evening appointments, as those tend to fill quickly. You can schedule your sessions up to 3 months in advance.

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique where I use my feet to deliver broad, consistent pressure while using overhead bars for balance and control. Many clients find it provides deeper work with less discomfort than traditional deep tissue massage because the pressure is distributed more evenly across the muscles.

Buccal Massage is a specialized treatment that focuses on the muscles of the face, jaw, and mouth. Using both external techniques and gentle intraoral (inside the mouth) work while wearing medical-grade gloves, this treatment releases deep tension in the jaw, cheeks, and surrounding facial muscles that cannot be reached with traditional facial massage.
Buccal Massage can be especially beneficial for people who experience jaw tension, teeth grinding (bruxism), TMJ discomfort, headaches, facial tightness, or stress held in the face. By improving muscle mobility, circulation, and relaxation, many clients also notice a softer, more lifted appearance and reduced facial tension after treatment.
Your comfort and safety are always my priority. Before beginning, I'll explain the process, answer any questions, and ensure you feel informed and comfortable throughout the session.
